Activities

Try your luck at fishing on Emerald Lake or make the short trip to one of the many other lakes in the area offering a variety of superb fishing for Bass, Lake Trout, Pickerel (walleye), Northern Pike, Whitefish, Brook Trout and Splake.

When you have had enough fishing (is that possible?) grab your ATV, pack a lunch and picnic at the picturesque Lower Goose Falls on the Sturgeon River or at one of the many other spectacular spots.

Enjoy a day of hiking the trails while enjoying the sights & sounds of Mother Nature.  Go wildlife viewing or pick wild blueberries, raspberries and strawberries hidden in the most secluded spots along the way.

Emerald Lake is along the canoe route and an ideal spot to start or end your trip!

Have an early morning swim in the clean, cool waters at our sandy beach, sit around a bonfire in the evening or enjoy our beachfront sauna.

Gaze up at the stars on a crystal clear night or just relax and enjoy the colours of autumn. Miles of old logging roads are ideal for walking, hiking and ATV riding in the spring, summer and fall.
